They are ultra-organized and know how to manage multiple tasks and deadlines using a detailed action plan: they can quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

Event professionals are problem-solvers and possess conflict resolution skills. They typically have proficiency in budgeting, marketing, logistics, contract negotiation and risk management. Best of all, successful event and meeting managers have fantastic communication skills and have a level of enthusiasm and passion for their projects that is second to none.

Your company would be well served if you make room in your interview process for those with expertise in planning meetings and events.
